Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.

UK Standard Delivery We ship across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order is on its way.

International Shipping We ship to selected countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination but typically take 7–14 business days once dispatched. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Labeless.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at royalmail.com.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf. Please allow up to 10 business days for UK orders and 20 business days for international orders before reporting a parcel as lost.
