Returns & Refund PolicyDue to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original, sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened, worn, or used — this is for hygiene and safety reasons.If you’d like to request a return, email us at info@labeless.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. If accepted, we’ll send return instructions and a postage label.Do not send anything back without contacting us first — it won’t be accepted.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email us immediately if your order arrives damaged or incorrect so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items include:
- Used/opened sex toys
- Lingerie
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Personal care items (e.g. lubricants, toy cleaners, etc.)
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll confirm approval and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
