How much does delivery cost?

Orders over £60 qualify for UK free delivery. You'll always have the choice to select a delivery option and see its cost before placing your final order.

Do you use discreet packaging?

Your privacy is important to us. That's why all orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no mention of the contents—just a simple, secure box. You can shop with confidence knowing your products will arrive quietly and safely, right to your door

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We want to reach out to everyone across the world!

Please note that for orders shipped outside the UK, local import VAT and customs charges may apply on arrival. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are collected by the postal service. Unfortunately, we're unable to control or refund these charges.

Shipping & Customs

How long will my order take to arrive?

All UK orders are shipped within 7 days of receipt of order. Worldwide shipping will be aimed to be shipped within 14 days of receipt of order. You will get notified via the information you supplied upon placing the order from Labeless.

Why did I have to pay customs / VAT on delivery?

As Labeless ships from the UK, orders going to EU countries (including Ireland) are treated as imports. This means local VAT and a small postal handling fee may be charged by customs when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your local tax authority and are not included in the shipping fee paid at checkout. The shipping cost covers postage only. Customs and VAT are collected separately by the destination country.

Do you control or receive customs fees?

No - customs charges are collected directly by the local postal service or customs authority. Labeless does not receive these fees and unfortunately can't remove or refund them.

What is discreet packaging?

Discreet packaging refers to plain, unmarked packaging that doesn't reveal the contents of your order. This ensures your privacy and confidentiality when receiving your items.

How does discreet packaging work?

Your order will be shipped in plain postage package with no logos, or product descriptions visible on the outside. The packing slip inside will also be discreet.

Is there an additional cost for discreet packaging?

No, discreet packaging is offered at no additional charge. It's our standard for all orders to protect your privacy.

Can I request discreet packaging for my order?

Yes, discreet packaging is available for all orders. Simply contact our customer service team if you need assistance.
